Coventry and Kiel – Partners in Peace – Conversation

Did you know that Kiel is twinned with Coventry in England? Coventry, located in central England, is known as the city of peace and reconciliation. On this course you will learn a lot about the history and culture of the city as well as discovering more about the bond that ties our two cities. We will also learn some interesting lesser known facts about the city and hear about the experiences of immigrants who settled in the city from southern Asia.
The focus will be on discovering the city, past and present, and expanding the language skills of the participants. Materials will be provided by the tutor.
